Water regularly, keeping the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. For outdoor planting, wait until nighttime temperatures are consistently in the high 60's and above. This plant is shade-tolerant and prefers temperatures between 60-80°F (15-27°C). It will grow to 18-24 inches tall and clump, so space bulbs accordingly. As a perennial, it will return each spring. Plant in hardiness zones 8, 9, 10, or 11. Expect blooms from summer through late summer. |
